We’re proud to call our newest series of glass models the “Master Artisan Colllection” because they truly represent the work of artisans that have mastered their craft. Each model starts with a cast porcelain hull made from handmade molds. To this is added hand cut pieces of stained glass. Each glass sail is fired in a kiln in our specially designed and handmade ceramic molds to “slump” into the curves that look so realistically windblown. The model is then completed by installing lead channel, brass rod, and copper wire to provide the intricate details that makes these models so distinctive.
